"Got my grill parts quick"
I needed some warranty parts for my grill and they showed up faster than I expected. I haven’t even grilled a ton lately, so I was kind of surprised it mattered to me this much, but it was nice not having to wait around forever. Thanks for the help.

I really like design of this. It has clean look and feels solid, not cheap at all. Colors are nice too and it fits good outside. Only thing is it’s little bulky, but overall it looks great on patio.

"Doesn’t feel as versatile as other options I’ve tried"
I was hoping this would handle a wider mix of cooking, but it hasn’t been as versatile as I expected. For quick meals or simple grilling, it seems to struggle more than some competing models I’ve used. It’s not terrible, but compared to others in the same range, it just doesn’t feel as easy or reliable for everyday cooking.

After cooking, I was expecting cleanup to be more of a chore, but it’s been really easy. I just give it a quick wipe down and it’s pretty much good to go. Definitely makes using it more enjoyable since I’m not stuck scrubbing afterward

"Heats up fast but temperature control could be better"
It gets hot really fast which is nice but I wish the temperature control was a bit easier to manage.

I’ve been waiting way too long for my order, and the delivery updates have been basically useless. I reached out for help, but nobody gave me a clear answer or seemed to take it seriously. At this point, I’d like this escalated because I just want to know where my package is and when I’m actually getting it.

"Didn’t last like I hoped"
Not gonna lie, I expected more from my Vision grill for the price. After just one season, it started rusting and the handle got loose. It worked fine at first, but it really doesn’t feel like it was built to last.

I was just trying to find some basic grill parts, but I kept getting turned around on the site. The menus felt a bit all over the place, some pages loaded weirdly, and checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. Not the smoothest experience, to be honest.

Their customer service was great. I had an issue, and they fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. What more can you ask for?

"Decent accessories, but could be sturdier"
I picked up a few accessories for my Vision grill, and overall they’ve been fine. The cover fits well and everything arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. That said, one of the tools started feeling a little flimsy after just a few uses, which was kind of disappointing. I think other customers might feel the same way if they’re expecting the accessories to feel a bit more solid for the price. They’re not bad, but I wouldn’t say they’re amazing either.

It does cook the food okay overall, so I can’t really complain too much, but I’ve noticed the heat isn’t always even. Sometimes one side seems done before the other, which is a little annoying when you’re just trying to make something quick. It works, just takes a bit of watching and adjusting.

"Assembly was kind of a hassle"
Putting this together wasn’t awful, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Some pieces lined up without much trouble, then other parts randomly needed a bunch of fiddling around, which got annoying fast.
The instructions could really be clearer too. I had to stop a few times and double-check things, and anytime I looked for answers, they felt kind of inconsistent depending on where I checked. I did manage to finish it on my own, but I wouldn’t call it an easy build.

I didn’t expect much, but this thing actually uses way less charcoal than I thought it would. My charcoal lasts a lot longer now, which is great because I’m not constantly refilling it like I assumed I’d have to

"The grill feels really solid and..."
The grill feels really solid and heavy, in a good way. The metal parts and hinges seem well made, and it definitely doesn’t feel cheap. I did get a bit confused during setup because a couple pieces didn’t line up quite right, and I kept wondering if I was missing something. Once I got it all together, though, it’s been sturdy and working fine so far. Taking off one star for the assembly hiccup
